<statement>
<statement> groups content without adding a heading, numbering,
or any other visible chrome.
A common pattern is to use it inside a <problem>,
<exercise>, <theorem>, or
<definition> to label the declarative portion
of the content, separate from any solution, proof, or discussion.

Examples
Example: <statement> within a <problem>
Inside a <problem> or <exercise>, <statement>
marks the prose of the problem itself, separating it from the
answer-checking machinery (or from any nested solution or hint).
Example: <statement> within a <theorem>
The <statement> itself adds no visible formatting; it simply
groups the declarative content so that surrounding components (and
authoring tools) can locate it.
Example: <statement> as a named, referenceable container
A <statement> can be named and referenced like any other
block container.
